Whittaker Christmas Day Festivities!
We had our Whittaker Christmas Get-together at our house this year. Despite the heavy snows, we were all able to be together, except for Shea. However, everyone was able to say hello to her while we were having our Christmas phone call. We ate, visited, played games, Rock Band, and enjoed being together. Cari led us in a "Sock/Sack" Christmas Story game in honor of our Uncle Howard. Annie gave us all a wrapped book and had us tell something that we loved about the person whose gift we had. It was fun to listen to everyone express how much they loved each other. We also played a picture game. I gave everyone a wrapped picture and they each had to open theirs (Oldest to Youngest) and tell an experience or memory that they have had with the people in the picture. Yes, we have had some fun times! Even though we no longer have the Matriarch of our family with us, she will forever be in our hearts and memories!

It looks like your family had a wonderful Christmas. Sorry we didn't get to see you. We are coming back up on Wednesday. Maybe we can stop by your house on Sunday on our way back home. I will give you a call.
Merry Christmas to you! I bet it was great to hear from Shea! Hope all is well!
