A Heritage Tours Homecoming!

This is the greatest sight in the whole world to a mother who has been without her child for 3 weeks. The greatest testimony that money can buy! Seeing the big red bus means that Logan is coming home after one of the greatest experiences of his life. Leaving a boy and coming home a man! He saw the places that Joseph Smith lived and dies. Learned the experiences of the Restoration and visited the Sacred Grove. Logan was able to participate and give his first blessing on the tour and his first being at the Susquehannah River where the priesthood was restored. He learned to lead, being the Family Father to his group, or family as they are called. I am so proud of Logan and the Man he has become! As he participated in the 40/40's, he was able to study and read the Book of Mormon, cover to cover! What a great preparation for his mission and the rest of his life. We are truly blessed and through our experiences our testimony grows and so does our love for our Savior.
Home away from home for 3 weeks
Getting off the bus and being greeted by his anxious family
And special friends
He had a great group waiting for him when he go home
Boomer is chatting with Bro. Pelo, a chaperone for Logan's trip and Boomer's Seminary teacher in High School, and the world gets even smaller, Kyle's Bishop.
These two boys shared an experience of a lifetime. Logan and Chase
Mandy and Logan...she waited patiently....3 weeks was a long time. 2 years will be even longer.
