By the end of the day, my coat was caked with snow in the fur....pretty funny!

I think Targhee was blessed with 3 feet of snow this weekend. Lucky us!

Our great friends the Morleys went with us again this year, as did The Larsons and the Petersons. Love them! We had such a great time.
It snowed everyday we were there, which is great considering we haven't had ANY snow at home. The ski resorts at home are relying on the man made stuff. We couldn't have picked a better weekend to go if we wanted to.
Easton skiied great. He took lessons the first day and his instructor said he was a dream student. He did everything she asked and more. This is the first year that he has skiied with poles. He thought they were pretty weird at first, but told Boom..."I love skiing with poles."

BV was so anxious to get to the slopes and see how his newly repaired hip would perform. He said it was great.....no pain and performed like a pro.
Shea and I were a bit slow in getting ready that first day, but Kyle was raring to go.

Jensen was in training for swimming, so Kyle was my enforcer to make sure that he went to the pool to workout while we were at Targhee. Don't know how much of a workout that he got, but I know they sure had fun.

Targhee 2012 was a great year. We realized how much we missed it after being gone for 2 years. It is truly one of our most favorite places to go as a family. We hope to have those family members not with us this year, to be there or be square next year. We are truly blessed with much and are so grateful to have been able to go back to Targhee this year. We went to Targhee for the first time in 1996 and have been every year but 3. Pretty good odds that we will be back again!
